Well it looks like the webpage was hit up by some spammers while we left it sit. Sorry about that. We have now changed the settings of the page so that comments must be approved.
In other news: Work on Troopers: Dawn of Destiny has begun again. After many weeks of no activity, the team has reorganized and are pushing towards a release. That is all.
Actually, we've slowed the players down more in certain cases than previous releases but on the other side of the coin, we've altered the level designs to compensate. As for an ETA, soon. ;)

There is another thing that will influence your speed, among other things. But you will have to wait to see what that is ;)
With regards to bolt speeds- we physically can't make them much faster due to engine limitations. Also they aren't really that far off the films. Just learn to lead your target ;)

The Final release will probably be a must-have for any ut2k4 players and Star Wars fans.

There is a sprint feature [shift key by default], and also the stamina meter along-side the health bars. Seems to keep it away from the bunny hop idea we see in alot of games and also to bring it closer to a realistic feel.
Lasers kill you real good I'd hate to die anytime sooner. :(

Well, I check nearly every day this site to see if there's an update and finally ...
Even if the forums is still useless, just spammers there ! You want to learn things about the game on the forum, and all you found is spams.

walking speed

i wanted to ask. the walking speed is so ultra slow. is it possible that u guys can speed it up? couse walking take ages. and the laser speed to. couse lasers go alot faster :p
