It is with great pride and pleasure that the Troopers Development Team, now operating under the name Kinetic Studios, is releasing it's second iteration of Troopers: Dawn of Destiny. With months upon months of brutally hard work going into the finest details of its creation, Troopers is a positively revolutionary modification. The bad news is this: we're a tad late. Okay, we're a lot late. Just like last time, actually, so I guess we can start calling it a habit -- albeit a bad one. But hey, it's out!

hehe We don't have a movie out, just the game. I'll ask around the dev team and see if there is interest with putting a movie out at this time but I wouldn't count on it.

You know, you could always use download managers such as GetRight and Download Accelerator, which supports Download Resume, and offers additional Downloading benefits, like increased download bandwidth, regardless of connection.

I have little doubt that FilePlanet will pick it up soon enough; they're pretty good about that. As for OFFICIAL links, LucasFIles will continue to be the only one, but never fear! We're working with them to get some mirrors up ASAP!
Impossible Download?

In the near future, will there be any other means by which to download the newest version of Troopers, other than lucasfiles.com? The download speed seems to vary betewwn as little as 3.3 KB/sec, and no more than 8 KB/sec on average. Also, often times I'll get a DOWNLOAD COMPLETE message when only a small portion of the file has actually been downloaded. Please Help!!!

I'm definately not a Star Wars fan, but it looks really sweet!
It's just a pitty that the download server is so slow. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you are really missing something.
